Acer's Aspire Gemstone "blue" series of notebooks has captured the coveted iF award for product design, in addition to other industry awards and media praise since its launch in March. The Aspire Gemstone blue series includes the Aspire 69xx and 89xx lines of notebooks.

The iF awards, organized by the International Forum Design of Germany, have been held since 1953.
